Hopewell Middle School PTA
Hello Hopewell Parents,
Welcome to all new and returning Hopewell families. Our PTA at Hopewell provides information and resources that help strengthen the connection between students, parents, school and the community. There are many ways in which you can become involved at Hopewell Middle School. The PTA supports both social and educational programs for the students. We are always looking for volunteers to help support the programs that we provide for the students, teachers and staff.
Currently our PTA does have open chair positions if you are interested. Whether you are new to the school or been here and waiting for an opportunity to get involved. Specifically, we have the following open chair positions on our PTA: Walking Club, Environmental and Fall Family Event. Please contact one of us if you have an interest in serving as a chair for this school year.
Another way in which you can support the programs we offer is by contributing to the enrichment fund of our PTA. We do not have fundraisers like the elementary schools, so it is important that you become a member of PTA and any donation that you can make to our Enrichment fund can make a difference! Our PTA budget is created by using the PTA membership and enrichment funds to cover the costs of the programs we support. This year in particular, the National PTA is increasing the amount of the PTA dues that we are required to send to them. This will have an impact on the programs that we have been able to provide in the past. Please consider donating your time and gifts to Hopewell Middle School. The more parents involved equals a better school in the end.
